Diploma in Ministerial Studies
The diploma which is PACC’s traditional program; is a broad-based program designed to equip students with the skills needed to carry out the Great Commission either in a full-time capacity or in specialized areas of ministry. The normal duration of the program is three years of full-time study. The current design is a uniform three (3) year diploma. The intent is to transition program offerings to provide the following:
This diploma is designed to equip students for ministry including pastoral leadership in congregations and other settings. The program offers courses in four divisions namely:
- Biblical Studies
- Theology
- Christian Ministry
- General Education
In the following specialized areas of studies:
- Christian Ministry
- Bible and Theology
- Christian Leadership
Each of these programs would include the content of the foundational Diploma in Ministerial Studies plus a third year of subject specific study. The Advanced Diploma is designed to prepare graduates for godly leadership in specific areas of specialized ministry in congregations or other settings.

Certificate in Christian Ministry
Through its Extension Education Program, the college also offers a Certificate in Christian Ministry (CCM). This program is designed specially as a non-academic certificate but meant for continuing or lifelong learning to those serving in the church but with no formal training. A limited number of credits are transferrable to the conventional program. Successful completion of the program, however, can be used to satisfy the entry requirements for the Diploma in Ministerial Studies.

Overall Learning Outcomes
PACC programs are designed in such a way that they achieve the following objectives:
- Preparing students for Christian Ministry & Service in the local Church, missions, and the market place.
- Provides students with the theological principles that serve as a foundation of Pentecostal Christian faith.
- Fosters students’ spiritual development and character formation .
- Nurtures in the student a greater commitment to the Great Commission.
- Develops Christian leadership skills .
- Develops specific ministry skills and competencies such as pastoral care and counselling, etc.
- Providing a sound Biblical and theological foundation for further studies in Christian ministry and theological studies.
Overall Learning Outcomes
In addition to the overall objectives of the college, this program has the following specific objectives:
- To develop a thorough knowledge of the Bible and its application to contemporary issues.
- To develop skills for biblical interpretation and application to specific texts.
- Ability to articulate Evangelical, Pentecostal theology and apply it to uniquely African issues.
- To promote scholarship and to develop reflective thinking and critical discernment.
- To encourage the pursuit of academic excellence in both faculty and students, in the teaching/learning processes.
- To develop a thorough knowledge of the Bible and its application to contemporary issues.
- Development of specific ministry skills, such as preaching, evangelism, counselling, church leadership and management.
- Ability to innovate and develop ministries that will address the needs of the community in which graduates are called to serve.
- Demonstrate practical love to people through holistic ministry to spiritual, physical and social needs, and through discipling believers toward Christian maturity.
- To develop a strong biblical foundation of Christian leadership.
- To foster a commitment to active participation in the Church and its missional purpose.
- To equip the student with specific leadership skills and the development of own leadership style.
- To develop a servant heart and attitude in Christian leaders
